Inland Mexican Heritage
Inland Mexican Heritage was founded by Antonio Vasquez after he conducted crucial oral histories, starting with elders from Redlands' Northside. As he listened to their stories he collected images and ephemera. This growing collection tells the story of Mexicans in Redlands which had up until then been ignored by other historians.

The Special Collections division of the library provides access to collections focusing on the ongoing history of Redlands and Southern California. The Redlands Community History Initiative seeks to learn about and preserve the stories of the many communities that made Redlands the city it is today, especially those traditionally left out of the conversation.
